At The Well Psychology and Counseling, we offer personalized behavioral therapy for individuals of all ages on the autism spectrum. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices designed to support growth in communication, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and social connection.
For young children, our services often include play-based and structured interventions that help build foundational skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a developmentally appropriate way. For school-age children and teens, we focus on enhancing adaptive skills, improving peer relationships, and addressing difficulties with transitions or sensory processing.
Adults on the spectrum receive tailored support to help navigate relationships, career challenges, independent living, and mental health concerns like anxiety or depression. Therapy may include behavioral coaching, coping skills, and executive functioning support, all adapted to meet the unique profile of each client.
